TI Production is a small company manufacturing fittings for hoses. The company was created in 2007 as a production department of the sales company Tubes International Sp. z o.o. In 2012 this production department has been transformed into a separate company – TI Production Sp. z o.o. TI Production is specialized in the manufacture of special fittings and couplings for the hose assemblies according to the customer requirements.

To define customer’s requirements is the most important point in case of manufacturing special fittings. In many cases our customer has only the general idea of the fitting and we are responsible for the whole design, including for example chemical resistance of the material and proper design of the tail of the fitting to match the type of hose and its size and to withstand the pressure of fluid. Finally, discussion with the customer should come to his acceptance of the technical drawing. When all the technical details are clear we can prepare production routines, material and tools, make cost calculation and issue an offer with the price and delivery time.

Manufacturing equipment is foreseen for the single, short-series or medium series production of the various fittings and couplings for the hose assemblies. Machine park consist of number of CNC latches with some additional machines. Machine park and production setup allows us to process monthly about 300 different orders (from single-piece production up to 1000 series) giving us up to 50 000 fittings per month total production capacity.

Standard materials used in the production are carbon steel (11SMn30, S355, S235JR), stainless steel (AISI304, AISI316), brass, aluminum. We can produce also parts in many other special materials like Monel or plastic materials (polyamide, PTFE). Due to the comprehensive stock of the material we can offer short delivery time for single and low series parts. For all the materials we have full traceability and we can deliver parts with material certificate 3.1. Carbon steel parts, as a standard if they are not to be welded, are zinc-plated with white passivation according to the demanded standard.

From the very beginning of our company we are working according to ISO9000 Quality Management System. All the steps of the production are described in the routines and instructions. Identification, traceability, corrective and preventive actions are fully implanted on the company life, as well continuous improvement of technical and organizational levels. Quality Control in the production is first of all a self-control done by the high qualified and motivated operators and then of course a final-control done by the dedicated people with sophisticated equipment. Quality control is important part of TI Production and it is making our products different from the others.
